Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance with preparation and monitoring of all monthly billing and collection processes utilizing established policies, procedures and tracking systems.
  • Affords assistance with cash controls including the depositing and posting of cash receipts and implementing and monitoring controls over petty cash.
  • Affords assistance in the preparation of monthly invoices and the collection and recording of payments.
  • Affords contribution and assistance with the compilation of information for weekly reports.
  • Might afford assistance with recruiting, payroll or other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Affords performance of other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Affords assistance with the processing of payroll and employee benefits and other team member-related records including new hire paperwork and the Employee Change Forms.
  • Affords interaction with residents on billing/collection issues.
  • Affords preparation and maintenance of resident files, records, and reports.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • An associates degree is preferred.
  • One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
