What You’ll Do

• Own the counter.
• Lead sales in tires, maintenance, and repair with confidence, product knowledge, and honesty.
• Lead from the front.
• Coach and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Set the standard.
• Deliver 5-star customer experiences through transparency, communication, and trust.
• Develop your team.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and consistent improvement.
• Run your shop like an owner.
• Oversee workflow, quality control, profitability, and shop presentation with precision and pride.
• Monitor what matters.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven success in automotive service, retail, or store management
• A strong track record of sales leadership — creating opportunities, not waiting for them
• Excellent communication and people skills
• General automotive understanding and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
