- Serve existing customers with rental and sale needs for utility equipment.
- Acquire new accounts through calls and meetings with potential customers.
- Obtain orders and maintain customer accounts.
Manager Role
- In charge of managing 2 to 3 employees.
- Schedule equipment for servicing and DOT inspections.
- Show leadership and set an example for employees.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical and mechanical knowledge.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at problem-solving.
- Accounting skills to manage the business effectively.
- Experience in sales.
