Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest enjoys an industry-leading buying experience
- Maximise all vehicle sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, and walk-in traffic
- Achie and exceed monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
- Accurately record and maintain customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and company compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences and exceeding expectations
- A full UK driving licence
