Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest enjoys an industry-leading buying experience
  • Maximise all vehicle sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, and walk-in traffic
  • Achie and exceed monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
  • Accurately record and maintain customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and company compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for delivering great customer experiences and exceeding expectations
  • A full UK driving licence
