Responsibilities
- Call on potential clients to discuss staffing solution opportunities for contractors, as well as full-time employment opportunities.
- Identify new client relationships throughout the US.
- Develop consultative selling methods; analyze each client and identify needs.
- Have a hunter mentality, strong phone presence; not afraid to make phone calls daily.
- Build relationships, profiling the decision-making process, and converse with key decision makers.
- Work with qualified clients for specific positions, scheduling interviews and negotiating offers through to candidate start.
- Personality is key...must be competitive; have a lot of energy and drive to succeed.
Qualifications
- Sales and Professional Services Experience
- Consultative / Staff Augmentation Experience, this is a must have!
