Responsibilities

  • Call on potential clients to discuss staffing solution opportunities for contractors, as well as full-time employment opportunities.
  • Identify new client relationships throughout the US.
  • Develop consultative selling methods; analyze each client and identify needs.
  • Have a hunter mentality, strong phone presence; not afraid to make phone calls daily.
  • Build relationships, profiling the decision-making process, and converse with key decision makers.
  • Work with qualified clients for specific positions, scheduling interviews and negotiating offers through to candidate start.
  • Personality is key...must be competitive; have a lot of energy and drive to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Professional Services Experience
  • Consultative / Staff Augmentation Experience, this is a must have!
