About the role
We are a leading painting contractor on Cape Cod and the South Shore, committed to excellence in our services. We are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Estimator who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize state-of-the-art software for accurate and efficient sales estimations.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to generate and manage leads.
- Provide comprehensive sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to provide accurate estimates.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills, particularly with sales systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Proven success in sales, even if not specifically in the painting industry.
- A positive attitude and willingness to commit to a rigorous training period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
Skills
- Proficient in using sales and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$75,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
Schedule
