About the role
Inpro continues to recruit top-notch, quality employees due to tremendous growth. This position is responsible for ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner, including all acknowledgments of addendums. The Sales Estimating Coordinator will assist the sales representatives by managing tasks associated with the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Review and download all Invitations to Bid and Estimating Service Requests
- Effectively communicate with all customers to troubleshoot problems with plan sites
- Aid in training sales reps on the process of submitting requests
Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Office experience is preferred

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
