What Will I Be Doing?
- Identifying Leads
- Mapping accounts with the right personas under the guidance of senior team members.
- Managing and maintaining data on prospective clients in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Supporting prospecting campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Prospecting
- Reaching out to prospects using all relevant channels, with a skew towards cold calling.
- Learning and applying the right messaging to trigger meaningful conversations.
- Executing multi-threaded outbound campaigns with well-crafted follow-up sequences.
- Reporting on campaign results and sharing observations to help improve conversion rates.
- Qualifying
- Making sure prospects fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Highlighting Sweep's value proposition to raise interest and generate curiosity.
- Qualifying business opportunities and booking meetings with Account Executives.
- Ensuring all communications are logged accurately in the CRM.
What Do I Need to Bring?
- Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Some exposure to software-as-a-service environments, ideally in a B2B context, is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to develop a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of CSR or climate change is a clear plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to integrating them into daily work.
