About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business. They will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will need to join us in the office on an as-needed basis and for team events.
Responsibilities
- Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach
- Cold call and email prospective customers
- Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Dux-Soup, and Salesforce
- Partner with Account Executives to generate leads
- Develop, present, and implement plans for acquiring new business and traction in your assigned area
Requirements
- Motivated by a career in sales
- Interested in the tech space
- A self-starter, focused, dynamic, and eager to learn
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must be currently based in the Bay Area
Qualifications
- Previous selling experience is a plus
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms

Pay
The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate remote work.
