Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically identify and qualify prospects within your assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our solutions.
- Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to source new opportunities and nurture existing ones.
- Engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and align them with potential customer needs.
- Identify innovative outbound sales campaigns and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive initiatives.
- Update and manage prospect interactions in Salesforce and Outreach to ensure accurate lead tracking and efficient follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to leadership for continuous process improvements.
- Support corporate and regional marketing events through prospecting efforts and event staffing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, or similar CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
- A results-driven "hunter" mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent time and territory management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred.
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $75,000, starting pay will vary based on a range of factors which can include but is not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, and scope. This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program and potential for equity incentive program as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, time off, and sick leave.
