- Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound phone calls
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position Echo's logistics solutions
- Deliver demos, navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business
- Manage opportunities through the sales funnel and maintain strong pipeline discipline
- Set customers up for success through clear expectations and a smooth handoff after close
- Use Echo's sales tools and technology along with AI tools to drive efficiency and results
- Participate in a 6-week paid training program

Pay
$50,000 Annualized rate with a guaranteed increase to $55,000 after a year
