Performance Internet Parts is growing, and we need a motivated, tech-savvy Sales and Customer Associate to help us deliver top-quality automotive suspension parts. If you're passionate about cars, trucks, RVs, ATVs, or UTVs---whether you're an experienced professional or just eager to learn---we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and chat support to customers, focusing on suspension products like shocks and struts.
• Engage with leads on social media and automotive forums, answering questions and solving suspension-related issues.
• Work closely with our CEO and marketing team to analyze data and develop content.
• Contribute to content creation, helping make information accessible and easy to understand.

Requirements

• A genuine automotive enthusiast with a passion for performance upgrades.
• At least 1 year of automotive experience is a plus.
• A great attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• A High School diploma or higher (preferred).
