Customer Service / Sales Support

About the role

We're seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Support professional to join our Security team. This role involves providing world-class support to our Channel Partners and internal Sales teams across New Zealand and Australia. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing orders, and supporting the Sales teams with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring timely, helpful support
• Manage order entry, quoting, credits/debits, and third-party order processing
• Prepare export and shipping documentation when required
• Track and trace consignments and raise transport claims
• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in SAP C4C
• Support Sales teams with operational tasks and updates
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product changes and new releases
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and positive team culture
• Provide cover for team members as needed and support broader team objectives

Requirements

You must have experience in customer service or sales support (around 2 years), strong communication skills (written and verbal), confidence working across email, phone, CRM systems, and MS Office, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines, a proactive, team-focused attitude, and familiarity with SAP ERP or CRM (an advantage) and freight/logistics processes (beneficial).

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a good understanding of customer service principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with SAP ERP or CRM is advantageous, and experience with freight/logistics processes is beneficial.
