Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled consultations
- Discover the client’s needs, priorities, style, budget, and decision process
- Present cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinet, and remodeling solutions
- Build clear, professional proposals
- Communicate value, quality, warranty, process, and timeline
- Confidently present projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+
- Ask for the sale in a professional, consultative way
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
- Protect pricing, margin, and brand reputation
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure a great client experience

- You know how to connect with people without becoming passive
- You can sit at a kitchen table, listen deeply, ask smart questions, present a premium solution, and discuss price without apologizing for it
