Design Consultant - In Home Sales

About the role

The In Home Design Consultant will be responsible for designing and selling shower and bath renovations to customers. The role involves running two appointments per day and closing a minimum of 2-3 sales per week. 85% of appointments will be given to the consultant.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell shower and bath renovations to customers
• Run two appointments per day
• Closing a minimum of 2-3 sales per week
• Act with integrity during every interaction and truly do what is best for the customer
• Listen to the customer, identify their needs, make a connection, have fun with them, and help them design a beautiful space while explaining why Shugarman’s Bath is the best choice of companies for them to work with

Requirements

• Previous In-Home Sales experience (not required)
• A Home Improvement Salesperson License (will be provided by the company)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
• Willingness to learn and grow with a growing business
