What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to provide professional design consultations
• Help customers design and select countertops, backsplashes, sinks, faucets, and related products that complement their style and budget
• Measure spaces and recommend customized design solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals and present pricing
• Build trust through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from consultation to project completion
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

We're Looking For

• Professionals who combine strong sales ability with a passion for design and helping homeowners improve their living spaces
• Ideal backgrounds include: Kitchen & Bath Design, Interior Design, Cabinet Design, Countertop, Flooring, or Tile Sales, Home Improvement Sales, Residential Remodeling, Custom Home Building, Luxury Home Furnishings, Architectural or Building Products Sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience preferred
• Design experience or a strong eye for color, materials, and space planning
• Ability to confidently present solutions and close sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience using design software such as 20/20, SketchUp, or similar programs is a plus but not required
