Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled consultations
• Discover the client’s needs, priorities, style, budget, and decision process
• Present cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinet, and remodeling solutions
• Build clear, professional proposals
• Communicate value, quality, warranty, process, and timeline
• Confidently present projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+
• Ask for the sale in a professional, consultative way
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
• Protect pricing, margin, and brand reputation
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure a great client experience

• You are confident, professional, and driven by results
• You know how to connect with people without becoming passive
• You can sit at a kitchen table, listen deeply, ask smart questions, present a premium solution, and discuss price without apologizing for it
• You care about the client experience, but you also understand that protecting margin, following a process, and closing business matter
• You are not pushy. You are not slick. You are not afraid of the close
• You are a trusted advisor who knows how to lead a homeowner to the right decision

Skills

• Realistic first-year earning potential of $100,000+, with strong performers earning $150,000+ in year two and beyond as the territory continues to grow
• Compensation includes a starting base plus commission, with commissions typically ranging from 8–12% based on performance
• You are comfortable discussing large project investments
• You have strong communication and listening skills
• You can build trust quickly
• You are confident asking for the sale
• You have strong follow-up discipline
• You are organized and process-driven
• You are competitive, ethical, and coachable
• You are able to handle objections without discounting too quickly
• You are comfortable working with homeowners and couples
• You have interest in kitchens, design, remodeling, or home improvement
