About the role
Responsible for expanding the company’s customer base through targeted sales and business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
