Sales BDC Support Rep
About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Rep who aligns with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be congenial and cooperative, possess excellent communication skills, and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and according to Ken Garff's follow-up processes
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
- Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred. References will be provided upon request.
