We are a successful automotive group seeking career-oriented professionals to connect with customers via email, phone, and text to create sales appointments.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via email, phone, and text
• Create sales appointments
• Work with customers via the computer
• Show organized attention to detail
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means
• Be flexible with work hours including weekends
• Build instant rapport with customers on the telephone
• Quickly learn and understand products and processes
• Show excellent telephone skills
• Present a professional demeanor both with customers and coworkers
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
