Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via email, phone, and text
- Create sales appointments
- Work with customers via the computer
- Show organized attention to detail
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means
- Be flexible with work hours including weekends
- Build instant rapport with customers on the telephone
- Quickly learn and understand products and processes
- Show excellent telephone skills
- Present a professional demeanor both with customers and coworkers
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Requirements
- Sales or Business Development experience in the automotive industry or comparable
- Ability to work with customers via the computer
