Responsibilities
- Follow up with and set appointments with incoming Internet opportunities, incoming sales calls, as well as current clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to build rapport with clients
- Able to work independently
- Self-starter, motivated and confident
- Great communication skills both in person and over the phone and via email
- Solid computer aptitude/skills
- Proven ability to exceed our daily outbound calls/Text/Email requirement
- Willingness to send videos to clients
- Proven ability to set and confirm appointments
- Proven phone-handling skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and desire to learn and excel
