Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world-class service.
• Apply exemplary customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Travel Requirements

Local travel required: less than 10%.

Pay

Competitive compensation range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
