Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ status.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and its current events, trends, and challenges.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
