About the role
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in various regions across the United States. This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SMB market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and grow client accounts through effective communication and relationship building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present product offerings to potential clients and close deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with SMBs preferred
