Summary

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services within their assigned territory. The assigned territory may include but is not limited to all or some of the following target customers: National, Regional and Local Distributors, Chain Accounts (inclusive of Long-term Care), and Mass Market Retail Accounts, HME/DME/Homecare Distributors, Corrections, Government, Assisted Living, Plasma Centers, Blood Banks, EMT Retail/Independent Pharmacies, Hospitals, Clinics, Managed Care and Private Insurers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts
  • Educate and promote our products and services to potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Develop and implement market penetration plans
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of direct selling or account management experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries preferred
