Responsibilities

  • Coach AEs through weekly 1:1s focused on skill and career growth
  • Lead energetic team meetings to align on company goals and daily tactics
  • Train team on the company sales methodology for product expertise
  • Analyze data using Gong and Salesforce to identify performance gaps
  • Ensure CRM hygiene for accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor team KPIs and innovate outbound strategies for growth
  • Support AEs in complex deal negotiations and leverage specialists to enhance conversions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a sales representative role, preferably in Human Capital Management/PEO
  • 2+ years of prior management experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft
  • Demonstrated track record managing a team of 4+ to meet quotas
  • Strong 'lead-from-the-front' mentality and analytical skills

Pay

$144,615 – $159,077 annually
