About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing/processing all driver qualification paperwork for newly hired drivers. As well as maintaining and keeping track of current drivers’ files and records. In addition to other clerical tasks assigned as needed. As well as handle safety department incoming calls and events.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Good verbal skills & telephone manner, required.
  • Good writing skills/composing business correspondence, required.
  • One (1) year experience in clerical support including data entry, required.
  • Proven ability to work in a confidential capacity.
  • Demonstrated detailed organizations skills, ability to present reports in an effective way, required.
  • FMCSR regulations knowledge, preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year experience in clerical support including data entry, required.

  • FMCSR regulations knowledge, preferred.
