SaaS Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide corporate client administrators through their platform configuration setups, modifying system settings, branding elements, and data fields.
• Support clients in setting up basic integrations and webhooks between our SaaS framework and their existing software applications.
• Conduct structural configurations checking and system trial loops before client workspaces transition to live production status.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to assist clients with platform adoption and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to relay client feedback, identify platform bugs, and advocate for feature enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver usage reports to clients, highlighting platform performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Technology, or an equivalent technical or business-quantitative discipline.
• Experience level: 0 to 2 years of experience, including technical IT support internships, cloud platform capstone work, or professional client services experience.
• System Logic Competency: Practical, foundational understanding of data structures, API call concepts, and database schema mappings.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability: Demonstrated problem-solving ability, specifically in diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
• Project management: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Remote work capability: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively across multiple client projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience reading or modifying basic JSON formats or writing basic SQL scripts.
• Prior exposure utilizing enterprise cloud-tracking software environments.
• Certification in relevant cloud platform technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Pay

Salary Range: $68,000 – $84,000 USD base structure + Annual Deployment Performance Bonuses and Full Corporate Health Benefits.
