About the role
We're seeking an experienced hands-on implementation leader to own software rollouts from start to finish. This role requires technical ownership and successful delivery of projects across client environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from discovery → design → execution → validation → handoff
- Act as the primary technical authority across projects, making decisions and executing when needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality
- Build client confidence through clear expectations and trust throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and execute SaaS implementations, integrations, Identity & Access Management (SSO, MDM), security tooling rollouts, domain and email migrations, and cross-platform environment standardization
Requirements
- Proven implementation ownership with experience leading and completing multiple full-cycle rollouts
- Strong SaaS ecosystem experience with skills in Okta, Intune, Iru (formerly known as Kandji), Jamf, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.
- A hands-on and leadership balance, capable of architecting solutions and executing them
- Client-facing confidence in explaining tradeoffs, pushing back when needed, and guiding decisions
Qualifications
- 6+ years in IT / systems / infrastructure / SaaS environments
- Experience with MDM tools like Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, Jamf
- Experience with EDR tools like SentinelOne, Sophos
- Experience with SSO tools like Okta
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
