SaaS Implementation Manager
About the position
As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. From kickoff through post-launch support, you’ll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration—ensuring they’re set up for long-term success. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams. In some cases, you may travel to client sites to support go-lives to ensure successful deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live
- Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience
- Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities
- Aid and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform
- Build and manage project plans and timelines; identify and resolve blockers proactively
- Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations
- Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow
You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
- Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)

Pay
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $65,000/year - $90,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $75,000 - $90,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
