Route Service Representative - Full-Time

Seeking a dynamic Route Service Representative (RSR) role focused on customer service, delivery, and route management. In this position, you will manage assigned delivery and pickup routes, serving as the primary customer contactsupport daily operations by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring efficiencydeliver reliable, on-time service to build strong customer relationshipsidentify upselling opportunities to grow customer accounts and increase earningsoperate company vehicles safely and professionally, maintaining safety standardstroubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure compliancework independently in a physically active environment, servicing indoor and outdoor settings Qualifications include: valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportationmeeting DOT requirements and having a high school diploma or equivalentstrong customer service skills, dependability, and problem-solving abilitiescomfort with technology and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
