Route Coverage Specialist - Full-Time

About the role

As a Route Coverage Specialist, you will provide exceptional delivery and customer service by stepping in to cover routes when regular representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes to ensure seamless service, deliver garments and products safely, and maintain strong customer relationships through positive interactions and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes, understanding customer-specific details.
• Safely load, transport, and unload products, ensuring timely service and proper handling of used items.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving requests independently to foster loyalty.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and uphold vehicle safety and appearance standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Support route operations by assisting with new account installations, rerouting, collections, and upselling opportunities.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Meet DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with technology and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptable, proactive, and a team player.
