Join as a Route Coverage Specialist, providing essential delivery and customer service support within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Include Developing proficiency across multiple routes to ensure seamless service.Safely delivering and collecting garments and products, maintaining accurate records.Providing exceptional customer service through positive interactions and effective communication.Resolving customer requests independently and supporting operational tasks such as inventory audits and vehicle maintenance.Collaborating with team members to support route support activities, new account installations, and rerouting efforts.Following safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure safety for all.Sharing customer feedback and market insights with leadership. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.Meeting DOT requirements, including a physical exam.High school diploma, GED, or military experience.Strong customer service skills, tech-savviness, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to adapt to changing routes, conditions, and customer needs.
