Route Coverage Specialist - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Route Coverage Specialist ensures seamless delivery and pickup services by stepping in to cover multiple routes when Regular Service Representatives are unavailable. This role involves learning and managing various routes, delivering garments and products, and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Develop proficiency across multiple routes, understanding customer-specific needs.Safely load, transport, and unload garments and products, ensuring timely service.Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer requests independently.Manage operational tasks such as invoicing, inventory audits, and vehicle maintenance.Follow safety standards and traffic laws to ensure safety for all.Support route operations, including new account setups, rerouting, collections, and upselling opportunities.Communicate customer feedback and monitor local market activity. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and compliance with DOT requirements.High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or delivery experience is a plus.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.Comfort with technology to enhance efficiency.Strong customer service, adaptability, time management, and teamwork skills.
