Route Coverage Specialist - Full-Time

About the role

The Route Coverage Specialist ensures seamless delivery service by stepping in for Route Service Representatives (RSRs) when needed.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Route Proficiency: Learn and navigate multiple delivery routes, understanding customer-specific details.
• Delivery & Collection: Safely load, transport, and unload garments and products, ensuring timely service and collection of used items.
• Customer Service: Provide high-quality interactions, resolve requests independently, and foster strong relationships.
• Operational Tasks: Manage invoices, perform inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies to ensure safety for all.
• Route Support & Communication: Assist with new account setups, rerouting, collections, and share customer feedback with leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Meet DOT physical and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, adaptability, teamwork, and tech-savviness.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.
