About the role

Role Overview: The Route Coverage Specialist provides essential service by covering delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Learning multiple routes to ensure seamless delivery of garments and products
• Safely transporting items
• Collecting used goods
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships through positive interactions and clear communication
• Managing invoices
• Conducting inventory audits
• Following safety protocols
• Supporting route setup and rerouting efforts
• Collaborating with team members to meet operational needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• DOT compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills
• Tech-savviness
• Prior delivery or customer service experience is advantageous
