Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional-quality roof repairs safely and efficiently
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities
• Assess and decide on repair methods for various roof systems (B.U.R, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roof, etc.)
• Use company apps and portals for check-ins and documentation
• Handle all paperwork and customer communications professionally
• Determine safe working conditions based on weather
• Coordinate with General Contractors for larger projects
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers
• Maintain and operate company-issued equipment (vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools, etc.)
• Keep trucks stocked, clean, and ready for use
• Apply industry-standard, manufacturer-approved repair techniques
• Complete daily assignments on time with accurate paperwork

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug and agility tests
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs
• Pass a background check; ability to meet government project requirements
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and high temperatures
• Capable of bending, kneeling, and working in physically demanding conditions
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions

• Full-time onsite role
• Exposure to contaminants, hazardous conditions, and equipment
• Work in very hot (above 90°F) or very cold (below 32°F) temperatures
• Requires precision, high accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines
• Team-oriented environment with responsibility for health and safety of others
• Wear common protective or safety equipment
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing per regulatory requirements
• Adhere to OSHA, State, and Federal regulations
