Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional-quality roof repairs safely and efficiently while treating customers and colleagues with respect.
• Complete defined-scope projects and preventive maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all roof systems (B.U.R, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coatings, Metal Roofs, etc.).
• Make independent decisions on repair methods and leak resolution.
• Use company apps and portals for check-ins and documentation.
• Handle all paperwork and customer communications.
• Assess weather conditions to determine safe roof access.
• Coordinate with General Contractors for larger projects.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
• Operate and maintain company-issued equipment (vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools, etc.).
• Keep trucks stocked, clean, and organized.
• Apply industry-standard, manufacturer-approved repair techniques.
• Complete daily assignments on time with accurate paperwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug and agility tests.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
• Pass a background check (including government projects as required).
• Ability to work in extreme weather (hot/cold) and high temperatures.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, and work in demanding conditions for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This role involves face-to-face interactions, exposure to contaminants, hazardous conditions, and strict deadlines. It requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to health and safety (including wearing protective equipment). Employees may be subject to random drug/alcohol testing per regulatory requirements.
