RN - Women and Infants Per Diem Night Shift

Position: RN - Women and Infants (Per Diem) in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care plans, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, personalize education, participate in quality improvement, and stay current with nursing standards and regulations. Qualifications: Associate's or BSN degree, valid Illinois nursing license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of postpartum nursing experience. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and care coordination skills, with a focus on patient safety and individualized care. Key Duties: Provide safe, timely, and appropriate nursing interventions, document care, and contribute to quality initiatives.
