About the Role

This per diem position provides flexible scheduling for Registered Nurses in the Labor and Delivery unit at our Arlington Heights, IL location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather health data
• Coordinate care plans to ensure safe and timely interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Provide individualized patient teaching
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with nursing standards, laws, and regulations

Requirements

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school
• Active Illinois nursing license
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
