RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem - Night

Position: RN - Labor and Delivery (Per Diem) Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 7pm-7:30am Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 per hour, based on experience and expertise Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Provide individualized patient and family education tailored to specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
