Per Diem Registered Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem night shifts in various specialties including Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), and Step-Down Unit (SDU).

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Absessing and documenting patient conditions
• Administering medications
• Collaborating with healthcare teams
• Responding to patient changes
• Maintaining compliance with policies
• Providing education to patients and families

Requirements

• An active North Carolina RN license or multistate license
• A minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience in relevant units
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS preferred for ICU and ED

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential
