About the role
Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact licensure
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on unit
