About the Role

This position serves as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, providing clinical expertise, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards in Skokie, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care protocols
• Conduct educational sessions and training for staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and assist with audits
• Address patient and family concerns
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical, surgical, or critical care
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS/ACLS certifications
