About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- One year of RN experience
- Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Proficiency in English
