RN - Per Diem Night Shift

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality, patient-centered care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient data to guide treatment plans.
• Implement prescribed interventions following protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Seek guidance from senior medical professionals for complex cases.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or similar organizations.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
