Responsibilities
- Providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Responding to patient condition changes
- Ensuring compliance with policies and infection control
- Educating patients and families
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license or multistate license
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience in ED, ICU, Med-Surg, or SDU
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) preferred for ICU and ED
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
