Per Diem RN - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Respond to changes in patient status
• Ensure compliance with policies and infection control standards
• Educate patients and families as needed

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license or multistate license
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience in ED, ICU, Med-Surg, or SDU
• Current AHA BLS certification
• ACLS preferred for ICU and ED
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
