Per diem registered nursing position in Women and Infants care at our Arlington Heights, IL location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide individualized patient and family education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on current nursing standards and regulations
Requirements
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school
- Current Illinois RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years recent postpartum nursing experience
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and care coordination
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge in women and infants care
Pay
Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.80 based on experience, with eligibility for incentive payments and premium pay.
Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Hours: 32 to 72 hours per six-week schedule
- No travel required
