RN Triage Practice Based

About the role

In-Person position with future opportunities for remote
Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM
Communicates with patients effectively, providing information and addressing concerns through various channels
Collaborates with healthcare providers to manage referrals, follow-ups

Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines
Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly
Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications
Orders and maintains inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability for patient care
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing
• Field Of Study in Nursing
• 1+ years of Women's Health experience

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
